1. SALE OF AREA FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FACILITY

Invest Park Białogard has approx. 30 ha of developed investment areas with the possibility of supplying all utilities, with convenient access and public transport stop. The area can be divided into plots of any size, according to the investor's needs, however not smaller than 0.5 ha. The land is located by the national road, in the vicinity of the Technology Incubator, where 8 Polish and foreign enterprises currently operate as well as in the vicinity of production and warehouse halls of 4 Invest Park investors. Once the land has been purchased, an entrepreneur will implement the investment independently.



2. “TURNKEY” CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY

Invest Park acts as the general contractor who implements the investment according to the investor's requirements, with his active participation. It also prepares design documentation and obtains the required permits (including environmental, construction as well as building use permits).


3. "TURNKEY" CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACILITY AND DEFERRED SALE


Invest Park acts as the general contractor, implements the investment according to the investor's requirements but also prepares design documentation and obtains the required permits. For a fixed period of time, however not longer than 5 years, the investor will lease the facility (20% of the lease rent will be appropriated towards the purchase), and after the fixed period, the investor will buy the facility at an agreed price. The final lease price will depend on the value of the facility and the period for which the purchase will be deferred.
 

4. THE "TURNKEY" CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITY FOR LONG-TERM LEASE

Invest Park acts as the general contractor, implements the investment according to the investor's requirements but also prepares design documentation and obtains the required permits. The facility is leased for a period agreed by the parties.

 

  • In each of these variants and at every stage of the investment, we offer support with implementation of the project
     

  • Production and warehouse facilities with office and staff rooms as well as technical infrastructure necessary for production are at the disposal of the investors.

 

  • Each project will have the parameters consistent with the expectations and arrangements with the investor in terms of size, construction, equipment, paved area (manoeuvring area, storage area, parking lots). 

  • Invest Park, as part of the operations of the Słupsk Special Economic Zone, facilitates obtaining investment reliefs consisting in income tax exemption for 12 years.

  • An active and friendly local government offers the possibility of property tax exemption for 5 years.


We shorten the production launch time and reduce its costs

 

The time required to complete the entire investment process and to transfer the new production facility to the investor usually takes about 18 months. In the Invest Park areas, at the investor's request, the complete investment process will take half the time.

Białogard is a town with 25,000 residents situated in the Province of West Pomeranian. Białogard Investment Park is a new opportunity to provide support to entrepreneurs planning to launch or develop production business. Białogard is the largest railway junction in Central Pomerania. Every day, about 70 passenger and several freight trains run through the Białogard station. From here, you can directly reach major centres in the country. A national road (No. 163) runs through the town, in the direction of Kołobrzeg - Połczyn Zdrój - Czaplinek - Wałcz - Poznań and the road Białogard - Koszalin (No. 166). The national road Szczecin - Gdańsk (No. S6) runs 8 km north of the town. The nearest airports are: Szczecin-Goleniów (95 km), Gdańsk (220 km) and Berlin (309 km).

We offer only new production and warehouse facilities with office and staff rooms and the technical infrastructure necessary for production, with parameters in compliance with the investor's expectations.
